Glam Baby was started as a way to liven up Megan Kuosman's newborn's naptime. The nap time hobby turned into a fun and fresh apparel line that is selling like crazy across the US. Megan, from Cleveland, OH, started the company in 2005. She was on maternity leave from her position as an inner-city school teacher. Megan has always loved fashion, and with her design flair, she began making bib and burp cloths with fun appliqués.

Megan's friends and coworkers loved the designs, so she called on her former coworker, Tiffany Tackett. Tiffany worked on growing the apparel line and the business really began to grow. Megan and Tiffany expanded the line to include custom raglan shirts, snapsuits, infant caps, and kiddie karate pants. Soon Tiffany's sister Tricia McCarrick was managing the business operations, and helping come up with the fun phrases that set the business apart.
