"Little Sister" Lap Tee with Swarovski Crystals

In 2005, Megan Kuosman took maternity leave from her inner-city teaching job. During her first child's naptime, Megan channeled her eye for design and love of fashion into making bibs and burp cloths with fun appliques.

Megan's coworkers, friends and family loved the designs. Inspired by all the support, Megan called her former coworker Tiffany Tackett. She knew Tiffany could help her expand the line, and she was right. The line took off, and soon expanded to include custom raglan tees, snapsuits, infant caps, and karate pants. A few months later, Tiffany's sister Tricia McCarrick began managing the business operations and became the brains behind some of B. Glam's most popular phrases.

Today, the women of B. Glam hand-make all of their items, one at a time. Because of this, every item they sell is the highest quality and one of a kind.
