Dana, owner and creator of Danajill Designs, has learned over the years that the best things come to those who aren’t expecting it. Danajill Designs began as an idea in her basement while creating a present for one of her girlfriend’s babies. For the party, she couldn't figure out what to buy for a present. These days, moms have everything - and then some - they need. Discussing it with a friend familiar with Dana's creative side, her friend suggested she make a custom onesie. Why not, Dana though, and headed out to the store to buy the supplies she needed.

Needless to say, the snapsuit was a big hit at the party. A few of her friends told her she could sell them, and those magic words were the impetus behind launching Danajill Designs.

Well on her way to creating Danajill Designs with her daughter Maya, Dana began thinking up new designs with her friend’s babies in mind. She started slowly by purchasing products and making them one-by-one. She networked, met new people, and shared her ideas and passion with others. With the wonderful support of her husband, family and friends, not to mention long hours working into the wee hours of night (or is it morning?), she developed a name for herself.
